I would use 115 grain ball ammo aka fmj at the range as it’s usually cheapest. 124 is also decent but some guns favor one weight over another so shoot as much a variety as possible to find what your gun likes to digest. Ammo designed for suppressor use is usually subsonic to really work well with the suppressor.
