Nope not a Tier 1 rifle. But they don’t claim it to be. If you’re looking for a good sturdy starter rifle that doesn’t kill you wallet for range days this is a great choice. This is a second radical for me and I haven’t had a single issue through thousands of rounds on my other one. I don’t expect these to be precision gun, but I expect them to work, and they do.
